Delete your account

You can delete your Ridori account at any time. Deletion is permanent — your data is removed and cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. 1Open the Ridori app
  2. 2Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of your profile
  4. 4Tap "Delete account"
  5. 5Confirm when prompted

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, family name, bio, and children details
  • Your profile photos
  • Your messages and conversations
  • Your connections and blocks
  • Your account credentials

What is retained

  • Reports you filed about other users — kept for up to 2 years to maintain safety records
  • Anonymised usage logs — may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes

Can't access the app?

If you cannot use the app to delete your account, email us at support@ridori.app with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
